The Remuneration policy describes main principles and the decision-making process of remuneration for the members of the Board, President and CEO (CEO) and Deputy CEO, should such Deputy CEO be appointed. Kalmar’s Remuneration policy was approved by the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 27 March 2025 and is valid until the AGM of 2029.
